Asbestos Consultancy
Independent advice, impartially given. We have no interest in removal work - only in giving you an accurate picture of your situation.
Independent advice when you need it
Not every asbestos situation requires a survey. Sometimes you need an expert to help you make sense of what you already have - or to work out what you should do next.
As a fully independent consultancy, we have no connection to removal contractors and no financial interest in what you decide to do. Our job is to give you accurate, straightforward advice — and then let you make an informed decision.
What consultancy covers
Interpreting existing reports
Have a survey report you're not sure how to read, or one that was done years ago? We'll review it and tell you clearly what it means and what action, if any, is required.
Post-survey guidance
Once a survey is complete and asbestos is found, many clients need help understanding what remediation looks like, who to approach, and how to manage timelines — especially where contractors and architects are involved.
Contractor liaison
We maintain a list of trusted, competent removal contractors across Ireland. We can provide impartial introductions and advise on what to look for when evaluating quotes — but we do not refer on a commercial basis.
Choosing the right survey type
Not sure whether you need a Management Survey, an RDAS, or something else? We'll assess your situation and point you in the right direction — no guesswork, no upselling.
Why independence matters
Asbestos Ireland does not carry out removal works. This is a deliberate choice. It means that when we advise you on what to do with asbestos that has been found, we have no financial interest in the outcome. We will tell you if something can be safely managed in place. We will tell you if removal is genuinely necessary. We will not tell you what you want to hear if it is not true.
Our position
If removal is unnecessary, we will say so. If it is unavoidable, we will tell you why and help you find the right people to do it safely.
