We work alongside architects, building contractors, project managers, and developers across Ireland as an independent asbestos survey and consultancy resource. Our role is to give you accurate, reliable information — delivered on time and in a format your team can use.
What we provide
RDAS for refurbishment projects
Before any structural work begins on a pre-2004 building, a Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Survey is required. We carry these out promptly and produce reports that are detailed enough for contractors and local authorities to act on directly.
Pre-demolition surveys
Full RDAS surveys prior to demolition, covering all structural elements. Reports include the location and type of all ACMs, with recommendations for safe removal sequencing before works begin.
Technical support
If a survey raises questions — or if asbestos is found and your client needs guidance on next steps — we are available to discuss findings directly with your team or with the property owner.
Grant-related surveys
For clients applying for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant, we provide the asbestos surveys that local authorities now require as standard. We are familiar with the documentation requirements across multiple county councils.
Our reports
We consistently receive positive feedback from contractors and removal specialists on the standard of our reports. They are comprehensive, clearly structured, colour-coded by location, and written to be used in the field — not just filed for compliance.

Independent by design
We do not carry out asbestos removal. This means our findings and recommendations are driven entirely by what we find — not by what generates follow-on work. Architects and contractors trust our surveys because they know the result is impartial.
Qualifications
Our surveyor holds the BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos — the highest individual qualification available in the field, covering all P-module assessments. We are also a Licentiate member of the Faculty of Asbestos Consultants.
With 25 years of field experience across domestic, commercial, industrial, and public sector environments, we have the depth of knowledge to handle complex and unusual situations — not just straightforward surveys.
